Map and website for Facebook users -- 2

I have a facebook group, I would like to create a small mobile website where the user can login directly from Facebook into the website and his account is created automatically. Then they can enter some basic profile information (age, sex, location) and his location will be saved on google maps. Google maps needs to be integrated into the mobile website. He can search for
other users from the FB group on the map. By clicking on another user, the other users profile page on the mobile website will be shown. From there should lead a link back to the profile page on Facebook from this another user.
The website should be designed clean and modern style.
