Manual Online Form Filling

I have a collection of records that are still in handwritten or otherwise non-digital form, and I need each one transferred accurately into a series of web-based forms. The job is strictly online form filling—no spreadsheets to update and no transcription of audio. All source information will be supplied in clear, legible text; you will enter it manually, field by field, following the exact layout of the on-screen form.

Attention to detail is critical, as the information will feed directly into an internal database. Typos or skipped fields trigger errors on our side, so I’m looking for someone who can double-check their work before submitting. If this first batch goes smoothly I may have additional sets later, possibly pulled from scanned documents or Excel sheets, so reliability and consistency will be appreciated.

Deliverables:
• Completed online forms for the entire record set, saved/submitted in the platform’s dashboard
• A brief completion log noting start/finish times and any ambiguous entries you flagged
