Manage a website, backend and frontend

We have a website that is oriented towards the personal finance space and is completely research oriented.
We need someone who can maintain the website and build new features. A lot of work is in queue.
The technology stack is MS SQL Server, PHP, MySQL hosted on Windows Server 2012.
Principally it requires recoding the PHP and removing the accumulated garbage, make the site more user friendly, and back end admin simpler and a lot more efficient.
We operate out of Kolkata.
