Malware causing script looping redirects.

I have an issue with script looping redirects and was told it was a malware issue. My web hosting reported this issue. I need this issue fixed so that the hosting can put the site back up. I can see the website because Siteground whitelisted my IP. I need this issue fixed today so if you cant get to it today please dont bid.
