Making a telegram Bot

Im looking for a developer to make me a telegram bot based on the features below

I already have another bot i use with some of the features below


Features with some explanation


News announcement system to all users

Store system with database where i can list my services and add products

Have custom picture or text description

Have a custom picture or text input from the user on checkout

Vip only store section / products that can be accessed if a user is vip ( admin should be able to add / remove user as vip )

Ability for users to check their past orders

Ability for admin to check all past orders

Ability for admin to check a specific users orders

Ability for admin to check pending and accepted orders

Order features pending - accepted - completed

Pending

- can be cancelled or accepted by admin
- payment amount can be changed by admin and user is notified.
- payment is not required at this stage

Accepted

-payment is required from user and a request to pay is sent admin is notified once a user pays
-once user pays order information should display paid for both client and admin on order description / history

Completed

-user is notified that the status is completed and an admin can attach a picture / text / receipt to the order information




Crypto Payment system with escrow feature as an option

Ability for admin to change the cost ( with leaving a note ) before confirming / denying the order ( notifying the user with the note )

Ability for admin to confirm the order before crypto payment

Ability for admin to send a user custom payable amount invoice

Ability for users to create support tickets

Ability for admin to add support staff
