Making an admin page to show reports

Hello,
I want to make a reports page in the admin, I want it to show the user who made the most listings in the past 7 or 30 days but I want to make the time frame as an input so I can search in the time frame I want, as an example if I want to see who made the most listings in last 2 days or 4 days...etc.
and I want to add the ability to download the reports as an excell/pdf file, also the reports/page should show the "User Name", "Name" and "Email"...
I also want to modify the existing users page to show the user with most listings in the past 7 days or 30 in the header of the page...
