Make my website pass Google Core Web Vitals Assessment

My website currently does not pass this test.
Please see attached images for current status of Google Core Web Vitals Assessment.
Expectations:
- Website should be optimized to pass the test and min. 95 Score on mobile and desktop.
- Do not change the look and feel of the website. So, removing all animations to reduce load speed is not an option :)
Website:
- Custom php website. No Framework, No CMS was used. Plain HTML/PHP Template.
We only accept bids with more than 30 reviews.
Turn Around Time: No more than 7 days to complete project.
