Make website force login on click on homepage

Quite a simple project.
When user comes to website, I want user to be forced to login if they click ANY link on homepage or try to use the navigation.
User must not be able to navigate the website without forcefully logging in.
Website currently has custom popup login form using plugin for registration and login. I do not use the standard wordpress login so user must always be directed to the login popup which has combined login / registration process.
Also on home page, no prices should be seen until login so not sure if best idea to duplicate homepage and modify to not display prices and then on login, redirect to original homepage? Might be better to do this way so I can control what content user sees when website loads?
