Make video editing tool for mobile app

We are looking for one developer who have done video editing tool which easily can be integrated with our mobile application on IOS and ANdroid. We make app in React native, Laravel php.
Functions needed are. Crop video, add slowmotion(50% speed, 70% speed), snap still image from video, change lenght of video, add sound file to video.
We only looking for developers with previous experience in this type of editing too in mobile applications. Only freelancers with word added to bid will be considered. Experience is the key word.
