Make some changes to a WooCommerce Website
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
Hi guys, in need of some modifications fairly quickly so posting the project here as my normal guy is super busy at the moment. Brief:
Civerso Brief
https://civerso.spudworks.net
Main shop Archives (and any categories) = https://civerso.spudworks.net/shop/
When a customer chooses a colour swatch, the main images change. Perfect! We also need the price to update which is currently not happening. Example product: https:// civerso.spudworks.net/shop/paris-choker/
Product Page = https://civerso.spudworks.net/shop/paris-choker/
Same thing as above, the pricing does not change when a colour is selected. I understand the reasons why it doesnt - generally WooCommerce give a price range but the customer is not happy with this and wants the product price to change when a colour is selected (the bottom price changes but the top one does not. A way of getting around this might be to remove the top price and replace it with the price that does change which is above the add to cart button. I don’t think we need two prices on there anyway.
Customer wants to have a Size variation (one does already exist), but she doesn’t want the size selection to be a dropdown menu. Heres an example that has size as an option that she likes: https://mejuri.com/shop/products/eu-bold-herringbone-chain-necklace
Customise the Back-orders functionality = Example product GOLD: = https:// civerso.spudworks.net/shop/paris-choker/
We need a date box added to each of the variations “Expected Shipping Date”. My customer will put a date into this date box which will then show on the front-end so that prospective customers know when to expect the item to be shipped.
On the front end, the Add to Cart button needs to change to Pre-Order Now for backorder products.
Directly below the Pre-Order Now button, include the following text:
Expected Shipping Date:
3rd November 2021 - this date will be pulled from the new date box you have created for each variation.
On shop archives and category pages, update “badges” on product images to say “PRE- ORDER” (you can see badges half way down the main shop page over the top of Gold Sicily Choker: https://help.metalpotato.com/RMtUN9
Could we add an option for that badge to have BEST SELLER... but the customer needs to manually enable that with a checkbox or some sort of option directly in the admin on the product? PRE-ORDER and SALE are automatic.
On the cart page we need to include some sort of reminder that they are pre-ordering. The customer has provided this mockup:

The site is on staging. All work must be done in child theme so updates are safe moving forward. Need work done ASAP.
