Make payment status work and send sms payment confirmation thru paymongo -- 2

I am looking for a developer who can help me make my payment status work and send SMS payment confirmations through Paymongo. The following are the requirements for the job:
Platform: The payment system is currently on a platform other than PayPal or Stripe. Please specify the platform you are experienced with.
Programming Language: The project is built with PHP, so I need someone who is proficient in this programming language.
SMS Integration: I prefer to use Semaphore for SMS integration, but if you have experience with other platforms, please specify.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with the specified payment platform
- Proficiency in PHP
- Familiarity with Semaphore or other SMS integration platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug payment status issues
