We have a custom site built with lavarel and hosted on AWS. We are looking to make the site speed fast and stable. We are looking to get to a Google rating (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) of:
1. Mobile: fluctuate between 80 and 90. Minimum of 77
2. Desktop: fluctuate between 96 and 100. Minimum of 93
