Make latest illustrator file changes directly to website

I have illustrator file. I need to update latest changes as per illustrator to Opencart site. If you don't know Opencart then don't worry. I will manage that opencart file structure, but you must have pixel perfect knowledge to do changes as per ai file (directly in website).
You don't want to do html but have to make directly changes to website.
My final budget is 4000 INR for this latest changes. I will create two milestone. No upfront milestone release until check pixel perfect work done in testing site.
After approval changes make it to live site.
