Make existing plugin work with SEO friendly links (Wordpress PHP script needed)

WordPress PHP programmer needed, knowing Elementor but capable of creating a small script (a plugin) that will make it possible for Smash Baloon's plugin to use SEO-friendly links. That existing plugin shows a particular Facebook playlist, based on values sent through the URL.
At the moment the SmashBaloon plugin (placed on a page via the shortcode) works with a URL that looks like this:
"/?plylst=11&pltitle=Produkcija%20hibridnih%20i%20potpuno%20mrežnih%20događaja"
but, as explained above, having SEO friendly links is something we strive to so the Smash Baloon plugin should work with something like "/plylst/11/pltitle/Produkcija-hibridnih-i-potpuno-mreznih-dogadjaja"
