Make desktop program to setup ( apache , mysql , php )

I need Freelancer to make bundle package installer to setup ( apache or nginex & mysql & php ) and make auto-dumb database after installation and make choice for user to chose apache or nginex during setup and in control panel of the package should have control panel to run apache and mysql
like ( xampp , laragon ) but with few choices as mentioned above and be compatible with windows 7 & 10 32bit & 64bit etc similar operation system used .
The package should be correct without error and directly make paths for all services ( apache & php & mysql ) in environment variables.
