Make custom dropdown sort with ajax [PHP] [AJAX] [Wordpress]

I have a custom select dropdown which replaces select option with span element. I need to sort items using <span> not <option> element. Also, this needs to be working without preloading, so it needs to be based on AJAX.

Later on, I need some more several fixes on my website, so i am looking for a freelancer with GOOD PHP / AJAX / WORDPRESS knowledge and time to make this fixes quickly and good.
