Make me a cryptocurrency arbitrage bot

I am looking to get an arbitrage bot created to help me trade crypto assets on multiple exchanges. My budget for the project is set to less than $500. I have no preference on the trading platform to use, I'm open to using any of them; Binance, Kraken, or any other exchange. My desired time frame for the project is more than 4 weeks. The project should cover all components of a bot including the development of a web-based platform for operation as well as an automated back-end platform to manage asset trade. The bot should also be equipped with risk-management, hedging, and automated strategies. Any additional features that help me trade smarter will be appreciated.
