Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Make.com (formerly Integromat) expert to help automate and streamline our workflows, integrate apps, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Make.com’s capabilities and experience in building complex, automated systems that save time and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation Design & Implementation:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows using Make.com (Integromat) for various business functions (e.g., CRM, email marketing, project management, etc.).
Integrate various tools and applications into seamless workflows (e.g., Google Sheets, Slack, HubSpot, Shopify, etc.).
Troubleshoot, optimize, and update existing automations to improve their performance and effectiveness.
Workflow Optimization:
Analyze existing manual processes and identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.
Create custom solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve business efficiency.
Implement error-handling mechanisms to ensure smooth and uninterrupted workflows.
Integration Management:
Set up and manage API connections to integrate third-party apps with Make.com.
Ensure all integrations run seamlessly across platforms with minimal downtime.
Testing and Debugging:
Test automation processes thoroughly to ensure proper functionality before deployment.
Monitor workflows post-launch and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Documentation and Training:
Provide clear documentation of created workflows for future reference and updates.
Train team members on how to use and maintain the workflows once they are live.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Make.com (formerly Integromat) and creating advanced automation workflows.
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integration best practices.
Familiarity with various popular software tools and how to integrate them (CRM systems, project management tools, e-commerce platforms, etc.).
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other automation tools like Zapier, Tray.io, or Microsoft Power Automate.
Knowledge of scripting languages or advanced features in Make.com (e.g., custom functions).
Experience in setting up and managing automated email campaigns.
Understanding of cloud storage, databases, and cloud-based project management tools.
