Calgary Radon Detection Inc. specializes in radon testing and mitigation. We seek an experienced automation expert to develop a workflow using Make.com (formerly Integromat) that:
- Collects form data, including technician details.
- Generates a branded PDF report.
- Emails the report to clients.
The objective is to streamline data entry, eliminate manual reporting, and enhance client communication.
**Scope of Work & Functionality:**
1. **Form Submission & Data Collection**
Develop a form using a Make.com-compatible tool (e.g., Typeform, JotForm, Google Forms) to capture:
- Client Information:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Email
- Address
- Radon Test Details:
- Standing average radon level
- High and low radon readings
- Test duration (start and end dates)
- Test type (Short-term or Long-term)
- Age of the home
- Technician Information:
- Technician's Name
- Certification Number
- Recommended Mitigation Strategies (select multiple if applicable):
- None (if no mitigation is required)
- Sub-Slab Depressurization
- Sealing Cracks & Foundation
- Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV)
- HEPA Filter System
2. **Automated PDF Generation**
Upon form submission, automatically generate a branded PDF report that includes:
- Client and property details
- Radon test results summary
- Technician's name and certification number
- Recommended mitigation strategies (or "None" if not applicable)
- Company branding with logo
Ensure the PDF is professionally formatted and well-structured.
3. **Automated Email Dispatch**
After generating the PDF, automatically send an email to the client with:
- A pre-written template summarizing the test results
- The PDF report attached
The email should feature:
- Personalized greeting with the client's name
- Explanation of test results and their implications
- Details on recommended mitigation strategies (if any)
- A Calendly link for scheduling follow-up consultations
**Requirements:**
