Make changes on woocommerce website

Hello,
I need the following quick changes done
1) Prices on our website are based on USDT (crypto currency) but I want the default payment method to be another cryptocurrency. I want to change this without changing woocommerce's default currency since the prices on my products will break.
2) I want to remove prices associated with addon values on the checkout page and order email (will send screenshot)
3) I am using Aelia Currency switcher and MyCryptoCheckout for payment solutions on woocommerce. My issue is that Aelia currency switcher doesn't allow me to get the conversion prices from the "MyCryptoCheckout" plugin which results in prices being slightly different. I need a dev to fetch the conversion rates for Aelia currency switcher (or another plugin) directly from my merchant plugin "MyCryptoCheckout"
Please bid only if you have experience in modifying WooCommerce functions/backend.
