Make changes on inspect element permanent, or have a way where I can select images from websites I visit, or on google image search, and after selecting, I can select for them to be deleted just on my computer

Okay, so perhaps I was not specific enough on what I'm looking for. I want to be able to browse a website on my Firefox, or browse on google images and be able to select an image and hide the element or delete the element just off my browser no one else's I am not trying to take away this image for anyone else I just don't want to see it on my browser of my computer.

Now if you need to create an extension for this, well, the thing is I already have two extensions on my Firefox ad blocker ultimate and pop-up blocker ultimate

So if this is going to be an extension I am going to need this extension to not only allow me to select an image and select for it deleted or hidden just on my screen but this extension will also need to be able to block ads off websites just like ad blocker ultimate so I can get rid of it so I only have two extensions still on my Firefox

I honestly would prefer instead a script or something. I don't know just anything that's not an extension but if it has to be fine, just please read my requirements then above.

Also, my budget is between 100-200 dollars, that's it. So if you feel this will cost more than what im offering than please do not contact me.
