Make a bot that joins Microsoft Team calls, gets the audio in real-time, stores it to the server and makes a transcription.

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to develop a Microsoft Teams bot with specific functionality requirements. The bot should be able to join Microsoft Team calls, capture the audio in real-time, and store it on a cloud-based server.

We would prefer the interface of the bot (so the page where you do the authentication with the Microsoft Account of the Teams' user) to be in PHP/Laravel, because the software will have to be integrated with our Laravel app.

Workflow (how should the app behave)
1) I authenticate once with my Microsoft account (OAUTH) on the php page
2) When I join a Teams meeting, the bot also asks to join.
3) When joined, the bot sends the audio of the participants to the server. Work out a suitable file/db format
4) Next the audio files will be transcribed using Azure Whisper.
