Make a afilate booking website

I am looking for a solution for listing hotels on my page where hotels can register directly and manage their rooms with prices and availability, then the client can pay directly to the Hotel and the "hotel" can see the reservations made on this site, and the commission payment for each one separately and totally with the possibility to download the invoice,
The solution I have now can't be like that, they can register, they can book, but with the commission it's harder because customers pay to the admin and the admin pays the hotels!
