Make Woocommerce Plugin - Product Configurator

We need a custom WooCommerce plugin to streamline our product listing and price calculation for our range of window products. The plugin should have the following key features:

Excel Import: The ability to upload an Excel file with various types of window products and their prices.

Product: Windows: The plugin should create a WooCommerce product named "Windows."

Customization Form: A customization form on the front end where users can input the width and height of the windows to have the price for the size.

Price Calculation: The plugin should retrieve price information from the previously uploaded Excel file based on the provided dimensions.

Installation Cost: The option to add a percentage increase to the price for installation in the plugin setting
