Make a Vue JS page on a laravel website

Hi, I have a laravel website and I need to create a .vue js ordering page that contains the following:
login/registration pages
Order review page with adjusting to quantity.
A page for specifications.
Order submitted & then go to the normal checkout page, and post data to the Database.
My budget is 28$ for the page, the page is created on Teamviewer on my computer to guarantee my server's build works.
