Make Futuristic Design to a whole website UI/UX

My project is to create a futuristic theme and Design UI/UX for this Social network platform with stunning looking, with react on click buttons to be animated etc... but keeping the website faster as it is already fast loading whatever the number of users in the platform.
The theme should be Futuristic mode for both Mobile and Web Usage, for web it should look like a native application, and same thing for the mobile view.
The position of posts, buttons, menus, features, dashboard panel , user general settings, dark mode and light mode, should be all of them combined with the theme looking and rebrand the full website database name strings and all other author informations, etc....
In this job post, you should tell me in your job application how much time exactly you need to finish the work and what is your cost depending on my given budget.
