Make Changes To My Website

I need some changes done to my existing website.
I want someone to redesign the homepage a little to add the sliding images and adsense on the sides and just above the footer, the some logos need to be added in 2 places on the homepage. The logos are easily available on google and can be provided as well. The logos should be hyper-linked to the links that will be provided In other pages of the website. I need to change the logos, link them and add adsense.
Simple tasks that will not take more then a few hours. My budget is USD12 max so please place realistic bids.
