Make Apple pay account functional + implement to existing php form on website

I want to add apple pay to my existing php order form but I am unable to generate certificates on my apple developer account. Apple's site asks me to upload a certificate generated by a MAC which I don't understand.
Can you make apple pay functional on my site if I send you my (https://developer.apple.com/account/) login?
I need someone who has experience in implementing apple pay and generating certificates on developer.apple.com for new developer account.
Apple pay should be added to the order form located in the index page of this domain (Tracking link: https://zeep.ly/OwNBT)
