Mailchimp List organization Segmentation & Templates -- 2

I’m looking to turn my current Mailchimp chaos into a well-organized system that drives smarter campaigns. The priority is improved segmentation, so I need my subscriber base cleaned, merged where necessary, and then broken into meaningful buckets based on customer behavior and purchase history.

Here’s what I’d like done:
• Audit my existing lists, tags, and groups; remove duplicates and inactive addresses.
• Create clear segments that reflect browsing patterns, past orders, and engagement levels.
• Set up any needed tags, merge fields, and automations so I can trigger targeted flows (abandoned cart, repeat-buyer offers, etc.).
• Build one reusable newsletter template and one promo template that match my brand style, mobile-responsive and tested for common email clients.
• Provide a short hand-off guide so I can add new contacts and keep the structure intact.
