Mailchimp and Laravel Integration Specialist

Job Description:

We need a freelancer to set up an automated email flow to convert daily website enquiries into leads for our international courier business. Our website is built using PHP Laravel, and we want to integrate it with Mailchimp.

Requirements:

1. Mailchimp Integration with Laravel:
• Use the drewm/mailchimp-api package.
• Configure and manage Mailchimp API keys and list IDs.
2. Form Submission Handling:
• Create a Laravel controller to handle form submissions.
• Validate and capture form data.
• Add subscribers to Mailchimp with custom fields (e.g., name, email, message).
3. Email Automation Workflow:
• Set up an initial welcome email and follow-up emails (1 day, 3 days, 7 days) in Mailchimp.
• Create segments based on customer interaction (e.g., Awaiting Response, Follow-up Needed, Engaged).
4. Dynamic Follow-up:
• Implement webhooks to update customer status based on their interaction (e.g., email opens, clicks).
• Adjust email sequences dynamically based on customer responses.
5. Monitoring and Optimization:
• Track performance metrics in Mailchimp.
• Provide recommendations for optimization based on analytics.
