Magento 2 payment API and default card API...

The server need to have two new APIs
Basic structure: everything should be done to the Magento server and then the Magento server calls the stripe/PayPal/or installment API.
work to do:
1. mobile add stripe SDK, receives stripe response. You create an API in Magento to receive this response on the order the mobile app created, then you add it as paid in the magento.
2. API exists for SPLITIT module. We need t make sure it works in the front end also.
3. Create default card from one of the webkul 5 possible cards both in the front end and in the API.

>>split it or Paypal installment API, 1 days depending on how we do it
It is pretty simple to set it up in the front end but now we must make them work with APIs to the mobile too.

This is the implementation for the mobile API only. Default card exists in the frontend in the webkul api.
Start with API so the app developer can do their job.
