Magento expert to migrate site on new server -- 3

i have magento site that i want to setup pn another server and than change database there as we have another database where more products, more customers and than customize website pages and add some payment gateway and than do on page optimization.

my budget is 25$ per hour max and time tracker is must and u must need to start work same time
