Magento 2 change existing screens (move around fields)

We have default MAgento 2 screens and have moved them around a bit
Based on the new design there are no new fields but the old ones.
We need someone to do this "move around" for us so it works


changes:
1. change popout shopping cart to "amazon alike"
2. Shopping cart, move around fields and change design a bit.
3. Checkout, move around fields and change design a bit.
4. create 5 simple banners

The work must be done via github and DB on your own PC. only amateurs work on the server.
