Magento2 Webstore Updates not seen by End Users

We have a Magento2 webstore. We do many updates, and many times after the changes are pushed, it takes a long time for end users to see these changes. For example, we upgraded our search bar / extension 6 days ago, and still many users do not see it. This happens across multiple device types. We think it is a clear cache issue. We use Cloudflare, and we are looking for a way to make sure end users see the updated website in real time.
