Magento2 User(s) Blocked

We have a Magento2 website and we use Cloudflare. We have several User accounts that are blocked (perhaps because of rules set in Cloudflare) where trying to login throws an error (see attachment). We need someone that is familiar with Magento2 and Cloudflare to fix this issue.
