Magento 2 Porto Theme Customization

I'm seeking an expert Magento 2 developer to transform my Porto theme from its demo state into a fully functional, customized online store.
Key Requirements:
1) Replace demo data with real information: I need all demo information to be replaced with real content. This includes product details, our company information and brand story, as well as customer reviews and testimonials.
2) Customization of the Porto theme: The homepage layout, category pages, and product pages all require customization to fit our branding and user experience goals.
3) Troubleshooting and configuration of Elasticsearch: I'm currently having issues with Elasticsearch where it needs to be restarted constantly. I need assistance with the configuration settings to ensure it runs smoothly.
4) Multilingual site setup: The site needs to be configured in three languages: English (the default), Russian, and Kazakhstani.
5) Transition from demo to live site: I need the site fully configured and ready to go from demo to a productive site.
If I am satisfied with your work, there is potential for a year-long contract with a fixed salary based on your performance.
