Magento 2 MultiStore/Multi Website-2 (incmplete project 75% complete)

- Design/ Magento 2 Website so integrate MultiStore/Multiwebsite , Have current layouts and ideas
- design similar website for our USA side of business but without multistore/Multiwebsite, home page layout should be different slightly then the Canadian one
-We have both several modules (M2E, Price per customer, Membership Subscription etc..) ensure all modules are installed and working
-INtegrate vendor API , for product catalog and categories, also have them store in DB in back end, must know how to work with API
-SEO, rich snippets integration and optimized for Online
looking for someone who is expert and can do it within 2 weeks maximum,
Payment will be only pai after project completion and project handed over
