I require a module created for Magento 2.
Module will add two new customer group attributes. Attributes must be displayed on the "Customer Groups" grid in admin panel, and be editable in the group edit.
Attributes are:
"Discount Percent", decimal value, default = 0.00
"Delivery Window", integer value, default = 5
