Magento 2 Expert For Quick Payment Issue

As the owner of a Magento 2 website, I am facing a set of challenges requiring urgent attention.
Primary Issues:
- Checkout process errors: Our sales are dropping and people complained they can't pay.
I found one solution: if we revert configurations from the backup that should be resolved. We sold last yesterday at 7 pm and there are no sales after that even though we can monitor customers who are going on the checkout page but aren't able to shop. This never occurred!
