I'm looking for a Magento2 expert who can help me develop a basic e-commerce site. The site should include the following key functionalities:

- A comprehensive Product Catalog
- An intuitive Shopping Cart
- Advanced User Account Management. This should encompass features like wish lists and saved carts, in addition to simple registration, login and profile management with order history.

The site should support the following payment methods:
- Stripe
- PayPal
