Magento 1 Configurable and brand issues -- 2

Need to fix Configurable product issue. The configurable product is no longer associating with its simple products and that needs to be fixed. The second issue is the products are no longer associating with their own brand, need that fixed as well. Brands are created automatically during csv upload
