Magento 2.4 Color & Banner Fix.

I am seeking a skilled Magento 2.4 developer to complete a straightforward task of changing colors and following a pre-designed layout on a page. This task should only take a few days.
Experience Summary:
In the past three weeks, we've faced several issues with previous freelancers:
1. First Freelancer: Spent time complaining about long-standing admin errors instead of focusing on the task, wanting to extend a 2-day job to 14 days. forget it!
2. Second Freelancer: Initially accepted the job but kept asking for more payment and took excessive time to complete basic tasks.
3. Third Freelancer (via People Per Hour): Delivered incorrect work and demanded an unreasonable payment despite nothing was followed and done.
4. Fourth Freelancer: Caused issues with Git integration and demanded payment for repeated attempts, blaming "design changes" instead of following the provided specifications.
5. Then I put up an advert here and hten I get companies like Arhamsoft who always comes up with $1000 and 3 weeks job. I am sorry, but I have 46 years of expedrience and have also got some sense in my mind, I am not here to make you learn how things should be done, you do this job in 4hrs - 1 days.
Conclusion:
I need a professional who can follow the provided design accurately and complete the task efficiently. If you cannot meet these requirements, please do not bid.

Please, if you cannot read or understand details of a design simply stay away, I refuse to have idiot discussions with people.
You must understand and be able to SEE and understand things like white space, text and images in the correct space, responsiveness on normal screens and mobile phones.
You will get good designs for both normal PC/MAC screens, mobile phone designs and your work must be EXACTLY what is shown on the design, stop blaming and accusing everyone but yourself for not being able to do the job.
It is YOUR responsibility to do the job, do not accuse the server, the copying of files, me not magento or anything else. YOU are the one hired to do the job. If you do not understand this basics simply stay away.
CURRENT STATUS:
1. make pages responsive, all is already there
2. make buttons black instead of yellow, all details should be black except for two buttons in the payment page.
3. Remove whitespace on web and in responsiveness/mobile
This is probably a 2-3 hours job, now Arhamsoft and the rest, can yoou do it without wanting to milk the cow and and say this takes at least 3 weeks.
Give it a try and impress me. I have been let down for 3 weeks by a lot of incompetent people who has wasted my time.

Proficiency with Git and rsync.
Ability to follow design specifications meticulously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and responsiveness.
Proven track record of delivering fully functional products ready for production transfer.
Additional Criteria:
Must understand server development and code transfer processes.
Must be able to transfer code in Git to the live production environment without issues.
