Macro ExcelApp to web app

Hello, i have client that has excel app built with macros and he wants to convert to web app.
System should be built on Laravel 8 with bootstrap 5 UI and running mysql as db. Whole system should be behind login auth, also we need to build api interface for connecting to other systems. We have client excel to show you as example.
