I'm looking for a proficient and creative Machine Learning Developer to enhance our influencer platform's matching system. Our software is built in PHP/Laravel. The main goal is to build a cost-effective solution that improves match accuracy. This system should make it easy for brands to find the right content creators and vice versa, focusing on delivering valuable matches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a matching system that considers content type/category, engagement metrics, and audience demographics.
- Ensure the system updates its recommendations in real-time.
Ideal Skills:
- Proven experience in Machine Learning and PHP, ideally with previous projects in recommendation systems, matching algorithms, or user-personalization.
- Make the matching process seamless for brands to find suitable talent and for creators to connect with potential brands.
- Excellent understanding of content types, engagement metrics, and audience demographics
- Strong communication skills to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.
Data requirements:
Must be capable of processing and analyzing data from our influencer platform to create effective matching algorithms. Data privacy and security measures are crucial.
