MVP Web App Fulfimenet Service

We are looking for Developers/agencies to build our Fulfillment service for e-commerce, which will allow us to Manage Orders, Warehouses, and stocks.
Is a platform, which connects Sellers, and our warehouses, so we stock, pack and ship their orders.
In the beginning, we just want to build the first version, to start operating, then we will have more to implement. so preferably looking for long terms relation.
We need an MVP scalable in order to follow our road map, planning to have a Mobile app as well.
for the technology, bootstrap is a must. if you have other proposals we will be happy to discuss them.
