That said.. I'm looking for someone to upgrade a live site, running on Elgg 1.5 to 4.0 (current version)..
1. There are no custom plugins. All the plugins (mod folder) are from the original install so you have no "custom" work to do. The only custom thing is using the alternative_simple_theme for the landing page, which is itself a plugin.
2. The database contains data from 4-500 active users.
