MPGS integration with PHP

Unless you know what MPGS is, and have done actual integration using REST API and PHP, do not bid for this project.
We are looking for base code to get started. We have the credentials from the financial institution which we will not share, however, we need an expert who's done this implementation in 2021 at least and knows what it takes to do API pay transactions.
Again, we will not pass documentation, or, credentials. Someone who's been there before must be able to guide us with baseline code how to go about handshaking with MPGS.
