have hidden names of third party marketplaces since its a public post.


What is manual delivery?
Manual delivery occurs when product is not instantly delivered by website. Account is delivered by employee after we receive order. There is no need to fix dedicated stock in case of manual delivery.

How will bot deal with manual delivery?
Bot will basically ask employee on which marketplace has employee sold the account, if employee marks eldorado or G2** (both places where manual delivery happens), then bot will ask for ORDER ID, this order id will be searched by BOT on gmail website where both G2**/ El**** send order emails, once verified that order id is valid, bot will let employee take the account.

What is auto delivery?
Auto delivery occurs when product is instantly delivered by the websitee, Account is delivered automatically by thee website in this case, accounts have to be PRE-UPLOADED on the platform before receving order by employee while creation of advertisement / product creation.

How will bot deal with auto delivery?
While preuploading stock on CSGOSMURFKINGS or player**** from the stock sheet, The bot will ask where the employee has made the sale, Employee will mark it as Csgosmurfkings/ Player**** after which bot will assign a custom code to the employee which the employee will be required to add in the listing title of player**** or along with license key added in csgosmurfkings, bot should have some method to verify if listings are indeed being created in player**** / csgosmurfkings with corresponding codes/ license keys assigned, if not then future attempts to get new licenses should be blocked.

Additional features of MINI-ERP
As far as Auto delivery is concerned, All accounts which are submitted in auto delivery panel in MINI-ERP will be hidden to normal employees and should be visible to only admins. (same rule applies for general stock too)
But when a sale occurs in player*** or Csgosmurfkings, a email will be sent, Bot should be able to scan the email and mark the respectively account as sold on its own database.

How will bot identify which account is sold?
Like previously said, preuploaded stock on the system will be marked by order id, which will be copied by employee to player****/ csgosmurfkings, when this product is sold on player**** or csgosmurfkings, a email notifying the same will be received in common gmail, bot should be able to scan this "code" which was alloted in the begainning when account was requested by employee for uploading on player****/ csgosmurfkings and mark it as sold.
