MESSAGE STACK in POPUP

hi i have a <div> MessageStack on my php webpage so if an error occurs a BOX LOADS ON THE PAGE AT THE TOP (body) with the error inside.
Issue:
The confirm button (form button is at the bottom of the page so if an error comes the user has to scroll up to see the error so if they dont scroll up to see it they would never know what was happening
Solutions: (can try any of these)
1. Automatically go to the top of the page if an error comes (after pressing submit) so they can see the error
2. Have the error popup in a nice box so they are guaranteed to see it that way dont need to worry about scrolling.
1 or 2 is good id probably prefer 2 cos then we can use this for any kind of error on that page

it happens on 2 pages where u see MessageStack
ill send u the files and the line numbers so u can create the popup code
