MAKE MY OSCOMMERCE SITE INTO AN ANDROID AND IOS APP

BEFORE ASKING ME 100000 QUESTIONS PLEASE UNDERSTAND i have a fully functional website which is also mobile friendly.
i currently use webview for android but do not have any app for iphone
now i want to make the iphone app also and i will do this for several urls or domains so once u make the code we will use again and again for other stores..
i have oscommerce for online shop and i want a native android and ios app so u basically building an oscommerce api.
no time wasters.
i will need the source code APK and IPA and also the source code for both and the API files. as i intend to use it again for other shops and then just need to change products and name etc.
if u can build all in an api folder for the website this would be good also
